Bay Cares

Bay Cares is a joint partnership between The Bays Medical Society and the Bay County Health Department to provide specialty medical care for uninsured patients who meet state guidelines. Over 100 physicians and medical providers volunteer their services to patients through the Bay Cares program.

What do I need to Qualify?

Written referral from doctor, emergency room, health department, etc.

Proof of income for one month (pay stub, Social Security, child support, etc.) and/or notarized letter from person providing room and board.

Food Stamp Card if applicable.

Medicaid proof of application or denial.
-
Vocational Rehabilitation letter of denial if applicable.
Ineligible if have health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or Share of Cost Medicaid
